The house is located just 10 minues walking distance to CityPlace, the rejuvenated area of downtown with its pedestrian zone, restaurants, shops, department stores, outdoor cafes and movie theaters. The Kravis Center for the Performing Arts and Norton Museum of Art are also within 10 minutes walking distance. The beaches are within 5 - 10 minutes driving distance. The famous island of Palm Beach with its popular points of interest (Worth Avenue, Flagler Museum, Breakers Resort) are also 5 - 10 minutes driving distance.
