Cozy Escape is a Key West Style Cottage located in the beautiful and historic community of Pineapple Park. The property is lushly landscaped. The home is tastefully decorated and a nautical theme is seen throughout the home. The property is biking distance to many area attractions, eg. City Place which features shopping, dining, nightlife and entertainment in a beautiful outdoor setting. The cottage is also walking and/or biking distance to several beaches, The Kravis Center, The Convention Center, Clematis Avenue, Palm Beach Island and all the upscale splendor of Worth Avenue. A 10-15 minute drive will also get you to Clematis Street, The Palm Beach Outlet Mall, The Palm Beach Zoo, The Palm Beach International Airport, The new Ballpark of the Palm Beaches, Rapids Waterpark plus numerous other area attractions.

The front patio sits two and is perfect watching the world go by while enjoying your morning coffee or tea in the warm Florida Sun.

The Backyard

The backyard is spacious, lush and green. Enjoy the soft grass beneath your feet while sipping lemonade and grilling in your own private fully fenced tropical oasis. A four seated conversation set is provided for catching up with friends and a six seated dining table and chairs are provided for outdoor dining and entertainment. A gas grill is also provided.

Common Areas

The historic 1930's cottage is beautifully decorated. The nautical color palate of red, white and blue was used throughout the home. Several custom finishes were added to enhance your vacation experience. There are comfortable chairs in front of the 50” flat screen Smart TV with cable. Netflix, You Tube and Hulu can also be watched from the Smart TV. There's the fully equipped chef's kitchen, a beautifully designed space with gourmet appliances created for those who LIVE in the kitchen (when you're not dining at one of the amazing nearby restaurants).

The Accommodations

The 1930’s Key West style cottage and recently renovated and updated. Whilst still maintaining most of the original features such has original pine floors in second bedroom and kitchen. It was decorated with a nautical theme of red, white and blue throughout the home. Original wainscoting & shiplap panels is seen throughout the home. The master bedroom features a large closet and comfortable queen size bed with computer area. The second bedroom features a king size bed and original Dade pine floors. Free parking for two cars provided.

Washer & Dryer, Central Heat and A/C, Ceiling Fans, Computer workspace, Flat Screen Cable TV, Fully Equipped Gourmet Kitchen, Linens and Beach and Bath Towels provided. Interim housekeeping provided upon request at listed cost. Babysitting services also provided upon request. Wireless high-speed Internet access and Full Cable is included. This property will accommodate adults.
