The waterfront vacation living spaces have multiple seating areas for conversing and relaxing. For your entertainment, the penthouse comes complete with TV/DVD, cable and stereo. The spacious living/dining areas flow out onto 2 covered Ocean View balconies with dining space for 12. For family-sized inside dining you have 2 dining tables, 12 chairs, and 2 kitchen bars with 8 bar stools. When rented in its entirety, the Penthouse has 2 master bedrooms with king-sized beds, 2 bedrooms with queen-sized beds and 2 bedrooms with 2 twin-sized beds in each bedroom. There are also 2 queen-sized sleeper sofas in the living area; sleeping 16 guests total.
