Downstairs features an air conditioned dedicated media/game room with wet bar, bunk room for the kids, and two additional bedrooms. Plus, there is a large well-equipped gym with private entrance and even a specialized outdoor training area, and the beautiful pool with spacious wooden lounge deck.
