Less than 10 minutes from Downtown Ketchum and the River Run Ski Lifts this spectacular 4,800+ SF, 4 bedroom and 3.5 bath home with air conditioning, private hot tub, and Mountain and Golf Course views is ideal year round. The Bike Path (groomed in the Winter) and a Free Shuttle stop are located across the street, while the Harker Tennis Courts are an easy 10 minute walk away (.5 miles) and the Elkhorn Springs Courts and Pool is a quick 3 minute car ride, 6 minute shuttle ride or 18 minute walk away.

This fresh and modern luxury home is filled with carefully curated art and contemporary furnishings. The open living area is an art deco delight with amazing mountain and golf course views. Relax on the sectional upholstered couch and three swivel chairs in front of the extra-large Flat Screen TV with access to streaming TV and music services. Adjacent to the Living Area, the chef in the group will LOVE this amazing large fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes a huge Professional Gas Cooktop with Two Full Size Ovens, Microwave, Toaster Oven, Warming Drawer, Two Dishwashers and Wine Cooler. Bar swivel chairs (seats 3) along the granite island, is a great spot to keep the cook company or have a quick snack. Other modern conveniences include Wi-Fi, Powder Room, Laundry Room with full size Washer and Dryer, and an attached garage with 2 stalls available for guest use.

Enjoy natural light and beautiful views in the dining area (seats 8), located off the living area with direct access to the patio. The Den (2nd living area) features a Flat Screen TV (streaming only), Wood Burning Fireplace, slip covered couch and chairs- a welcome retreat for those that like to read or catch up with friends in front of the fire. Upstairs, you will find the 4 Bedrooms and laundry room. Located on the Elkhorn Golf Course with mountain views, private Hot Tub and Gas Grill, the patio is accessed off the kitchen. In warmer months the patio is furnished with several lounge chairs, cocktail table, movable umbrella and a large outdoor table (seats 8) for al fresco dining. In the winter a partially heated paver patio allows for easy access to the private hot tub and gas grill.
