Colonnade Residence - 14 at Ketchum in Sun Valley The Residences at the Colonnade combine the comfort of a single-level luxury condo in a historic village setting with the Old World charm of a finely crafted Alpine living experience. Unit 14 is one of nine Colonnade Luxury condos and has a seamless blend of sophistication and elegance with a panoramic view of Bald Mountain.

Unit 14 offers 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with an open floor plan. The primary bedroom features a king size bed with a goose down comforter and includes a walk-in closet, large, flat screen television, and a fantastic view of Bald Mountain. Just off the primary bedroom is the primary bath with an oversize bathtub, separate tile shower, and heated tumbled marble flooring.

*Please note that AC is not central AC but portable units in the primary and living room.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a goose down comforter, flat screen television, closet and a full private tiled bath. The third bedroom also contains a queen size bed with a goose down comforter and television with the third bath and shower just off the entry hall.

The heated one-car garage has ski racks available for storage of your skis and boots.

To maintain the integrity of this property, no smoking or pets are allowed. Please note this property is not suitable for children under the age of 12.
