The three-level townhouse welcomes guests to an open-concept living area with vaulted ceilings and double sliding glass doors leading to a spacious, partially covered deck with West-facing views of the golf course.

The living area offers ample space for groups with a full-length leather sofa, modern chaise lounge, and reclining armchair. Gather for a movie on the large-screen SmartTV, or get cozy by the gas fireplace. Modern chandeliers and rustic accents create the ambience of a chic lodge. Steps away, an 8-seat dining table invites sit-down dinners prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. Take advantage of the electric oven or fire up the gas grill outside.

Between two private bedrooms and a roomy loft, the home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests: Bedroom 1 - Bottom Level features a King Bed, this spacious suite opens onto a private deck through sliding glass doors. Guests have a large-screen SmartTV, modern box-style fireplace, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in steam shower. Bedroom 2 - Bottom Level has a Queen Bed, this sunny room, styled in minimalist decor, has a built-in vanity, large SmartTV, and picture window with views of woodland grounds. Guests have a full bathroom in the hall with a combination shower/bathtub. Then the Loft - Top Level has 2 Queen Beds, this cheerful loft, located above the living room, has two custom-built queen beds with storage and built-in reading lamps. Guests share the full bathroom on the ground level.

Situated in the centrally located Elkhorn community, this home offers easy access to skiing at Dollar Mountain, located less than a mile away, and the nearby Elkhorn chairlift. In the summer, enjoy golf, hiking, biking, horseback riding and even skeet shooting. The restaurants, shops and entertainment of downtown Ketchum are less than 10 minutes away.

Guests receive one complimentary pass for the community parking lot and may purchase a pass for one additional car. However, many guests will find it easy to explore Sun Valley and Ketchum using the free city bus.
