Immediately fall in love with the natural lighting that illuminates this stunning house as you enter the great room. Relax with family and play games on the couch or listen from the two armchairs in the living room to music on the surround sound speakers as you mingle with your guests.

This house is ideal for entertaining with an 8-seating dining table in the great room and an additional 8-seat table in the gourmet kitchen. The well-lit kitchen with views of the extensive lawns is stunning with luxury stainless steel appliances such as the Wolf Range sub-zero refrigerator and a large fully-functional island with a sink and cabinets. Make yourself at home as you utilize one of three large outdoor living areas located off the main house, including one with a door opening directly to the outdoor patio. And don’t forget to stop by the greenhouse during warm months to see what’s growing. Also, enjoy the thermally heated floors with individual controls in the wintertime while also taking advantage of the indoor lap pool and infrared spa.

The Guest House/Apartment

The guest house is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment (one queen, two twins) with a separate address and entrance from the main house. The living area includes a couch and flatscreen television with a small dining area off to the side. Enjoy a full-sized kitchen with two stools to sit at the breakfast bar and eat or watch your friends cook. Take advantage of the full-size washer and dryer before you head home. Enjoy the great outdoors with two decks featuring views of mountains and lush greenery. The Ranch offers the best of everything, and is sure to make your next vacation one to remember. Only 1 mile away is the Silver Creek Preserve- a nature preserve featuring 881 acres with a nature trail that has had as many as 150 species of birds identified.

Enjoy the sights and sounds of the nicely landscaped grounds with fresh-cut grass and the splashing of Caine Creek as it runs through the property. And don’t leave man’s best friend at home; the main house features a large enclosed dog kennel with dog doors for your furry best friend.
