The single-level property opens with a spectacular, glass-walled living area surrounded by mountain views. A chocolate-leather sofa, plush camel-colored loveseat and twin armchairs frame a gas fireplace adorned with colorful ceramic vases. Adjacent is a minimalist gourmet kitchen, styled in chic white decor and fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. A formal dining area separates the kitchen and living areas with seating for eight, while high-top chairs at the breakfast bar provide additional seating for three.

Each of the home’s four bedrooms, styled in contemporary decor, features a flat-screen TV for streaming. The master and guest master bedrooms feature king-sized beds, while the third has a queen bed. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds and a shared bathroom with shower only that is just down the hall.

Just outside through two sets of accordion doors from the living area is the penthouse highlight -- a private wrap-around deck with a gas BBQ grill, dining table for outdoor dining and relaxed lounge seating. In the summer, enjoy access to a separate, private rooftop terrace with a fire pit (only available in non-winter months), additional seating, bocce court, and 360-degree views.

You’ll have ample parking with a one-car garage and additional spaces under the carport to explore all that Sun Valley offers, from fly fishing to sport shooting. However, a prime downtown location and free city shuttle service ensures you won’t need a car for skiing, mountain biking, hiking, ice skating, dining out or enjoying live music.
