Both king suites offer blissful views as they each face the ocean. The basement level offers a large recreation room equipped with a Smart TV and two twin-sized beds. The first level deck off of the living room is just a few steps away from a flat yard with easy beach access. Adjacent from the main house, you’ll find a gated pool with Bluetooth speakers perfect for pool side lounging as you get lost in the smell and feel of the ocean breezes.

The cottage is perched 150 feet up on a hill behind the main house with a wonderful screened porch and dynamic ocean views. On the main level you’ll find the living room, kitchen, laundry room, queen-sized bedroom with en suite half bath, and a common area full bathroom. The upper level offers 3 additional bedrooms with a king-sized bed, queen-sized bed, and 2 twin-sized beds. All 3 bedrooms share a full bathroom in the hall.

In addition to the main house and cottage, there is a small separate air-conditioned workout/office space with an elliptical machine, desk, printer, small refrigerator, and 55 inch TV.

Just footsteps away from the main house, you’ll find a pebbly beach absolutely perfect for lobster bakes, S'more roasting, treasure hunting or launching a kayak.
