An adjacent kitchen boasts high-end appliances and a breathtaking marble kitchen island that also serves as a 4-stool breakfast bar. When it's time to gather for a meal, the dining table can extend with a leaf to accommodate another 2 people with additional chairs provided, seating up to 10.

Discover 2 bedrooms on the first floor—1 primary bedroom with a king bed, gas fireplace, and private entry to the outdoor covered patio, complete with your own gas firepit and 1 guest bedroom with a king bed. Step outside to the ultimate outdoor entertainment space with a large 8-person hot tub under a covered patio with a nearby built-in gas grill in the custom outdoor kitchen.
