Ted Turner’s private four-bedroom country house at Ladder flaunts rustic elegance with Southwestern accents. With newly renovated bathrooms featuring spacious walk-in showers and slipper tubs, the home stays true to Ted Turner’s character, exuding comfort and an unassuming ambiance. The first floor includes the master and two additional bedrooms with ensuite baths. Up a set of outdoor stairs, is another suite, including a breakfast porch, window sitting area, and bright airy bathroom. Sip lemonade in a rocker on the open front porch or enjoy a nightcap by the stone fireplace. A private chef, server, and guide will ensure you enjoy personalized meals and activities suited to your tastes and preferences.

Some additional things to do are, a ride in an open-air UTV through Ted Turner's restored wilderness landscapes and scenic vistas. You'll cross tributaries of the Rio Grande and explore verdant canyons carved by these waters as your guide takes you to see mimbres pithouse sites, pioneer homesteads, and rock art left behind by those who lived here long ago. You're sure to see abundant wildlife along the way. Don’t forget your camera!
