This spacious 3,200 square foot property includes 3 bedrooms and 3 bath rooms with all the signature elements of Santa Fe style including 14’ ceilings, vigas, inviting furniture, and fine décor.

Casa Bisonte sits on over an acre of land, yet is very convenient to Santa Fe’s attractions. The City of Santa Fe maintained walking trail across the street offers guests great running and walking convenience. Canyon Road galleries and restaurants are an easy 12 minute walk from the house and the Plaza is just a few minutes by car (or a little longer walk.) The new deck provides guests with views of the mountains and the Eastside of Santa Fe.

Each of the three large bedrooms contain flat screen, LED TVs for your convenience. The massive Great Room has two living areas, a gas fireplace, a dining area with seating for 8, and a 50-inch plasma TV with HD programming. The Great Room is over 55 feet long which provides you and your family or friends plenty of space for visiting, meals, sitting next to the fire, etc.

The bright kitchen is fully equipped with a stainless steel stove, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator, and includes a bar-top table and stools for meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is a utility room with outside access and a floor wash basin that is convenient for cleaning boots and skis. All the modern amenities: radiant heated floors, central evaporative cooling, internet access, WiFi, Bose sound system, etc.
