Each room in the newly renovated Turner House exudes its own unique early-1900s charm and old-world grandeur with elegant interiors. With 10 ensuite guest rooms (8 king bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds, and one bedroom with 2 twin beds), sitting areas, coffee, and beverage bars both upstairs and down, and housing the Vermejo Spa, Turner House is sure to be a favorite place for you and your guests to relax.

With fresh locally sourced ingredients and menus inspired by the seasons and your preferences, every meal is a moment to remember at a Ted Turner Reserve. Enjoy our curated dining experiences with cowboy breakfasts, lakeside Picnics, opulent tasting menus, and private chefs. Rates at Vermejo are packaged, and inclusive of three meals daily and snacks/non-alcoholic beverage, beginning with dinner on the evening of arrival through breakfast on the day of departure, as well as two scheduled daily activities (horseback riding, fishing, mountain biking, hiking, shooting sports, 3D archery, geocaching, and disc golf). Rates include meals, beginning with dinner on arrival through breakfast on departure, all non-alcoholic beverages. Elevated guided experiences, spa treatments, alcoholic beverages and airport transportation are at additional cost.
