The dining room seats 8 and leads to a spacious kitchen with tile flooring, granite counters, TV, stereo, table for 4, and a door to a screened porch overlooking the pool. There is HD TV throughout. The first bedroom has 2 twins, TV/DVD, and private bath. The next bedroom is a master suite with king bed, TV/DVD, walk-in closet, and a large private bath with a jetted tub and separate shower. Sixteen steps lead to the second floor with 4 more bedrooms. The first has a king, TV/DVD, walk-in closet, and private bath with garden tub and separate shower.

The next two bedrooms share a bath. Both have twin beds and TVs and DVDs. The final bedroom has a king bed, TV/DVD, private bath with jetted tub and separate shower, and a small kitchen with a small refrigerator and microwave. This suite also has a door to a small private balcony with steps leading to the pool area.
