This 3BR, 3BA property is beautifully upgraded with a paneled den, large dining room with seating for up to 8, and an amazing kitchen with custom cabinets, granite throughout, and stainless appliances. In the living room you will find two matching sofas, a comfortable leather chair and ottoman, and a game table with seating for 4. The whole back wall of this house is sliding doors leading out to your patio and amazing golf views. As you enter the front door, the three-bedrooms are located on the left wing of the house. The master offers a king bed, TV and DVD player, slider to the patio, and a private bathroom with a stand-up glass shower. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, flat screen TV, DVD player, and a built-in bookshelf. The third bedroom offers a queen bed flat screen TV and DVD player, and a slider to the pool area out front. These two bedrooms would share a full bathroom located in the hall. The den has a sleeper sofa with pocket doors.

Outside you will find a large screened-in porch with plenty of seating, beautiful long golf views, and a large pool with Jacuzzi surrounded by a privacy fence and courtyard. This property is located in the heart of Sea Pines and just a one mile bike ride from Sea Pines Beach Club with easy access to the beach path, Heron Point Club House, Harbour Town and Lawton Stables.

Please be advised there is very limited parking at the Sea Pines Beach Club March 23-September 2nd from the hours of 9am to 5pm. 50 parking places are available on a first come- first serve basis.
