Enter into the heart of the Empire Home on the inviting third floor, designed for comfort and style. The open floor plan boasts knotty hickory hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and a cozy gas fireplace. Sunlight streams through large windows, offering stunning Park City views. Gather with friends and family around the small gas fireplace with a 55" TV overhead, where a comfortable couch and armchair await in the living area. Share meals at the 6-seat dining table, ideal for family gatherings, or grab a quick bite at the cozy 2-seat breakfast bar. The chef's kitchen boasts expansive granite countertops, elegant wood cabinetry, and top-of-the-line appliances, including an electric cooktop and oven. A mudroom with storage and a bench, plus a washer and dryer nearby, adds convenience for outdoor enthusiasts. The fourth-floor office boasts a designated workspace with a printer, perfect for productivity.

The fifth floor offers a lovely primary bedroom with a queen bed, private bathroom with a deep soaking tub, 32" TV, and a private balcony for relaxation. To return, start at the upper parking lot, turn right onto Empire Ave, walk uphill, and find Little Empire on the left.
