One Empire Pass 303 is thoughtfully designed with beautiful hardwood accents, modern furnishings, and features west and east mountain views. A comfortable sofa and four chairs surround the gas fireplace and large flat-screen television in the great room where you can entertain the whole family. There is plenty of room for friends or family at the 6-seat dining table, or the additional 3 seats on the kitchen island. In the kitchen, you’ll be able to cook up your favorite meals with top-of-the-line appliances including a double oven. The sleek island design provides comfortable seating for four people at once, which is great for sharing coffee and stories in the morning. This fully equipped kitchen does not disappoint—it also includes a microwave, coffee maker, blender, and toaster.

Three beautifully decorated suites, conveniently spaced throughout the residence, can comfortably sleep up to 10 guests with additional space in the den.
