The dining area is elegant, seating 8 on plush chairs adjacent to a second fireplace encased in marble. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, spacious countertops, and a 4-stool breakfast bar. Relax in the TV room on the comfortable couch before retiring to the 4 bedrooms on this floor—3 bedrooms with king beds and 1 other with a queen bed—all with private bathrooms.
