Thanks to a wall of windows, the living space is bathed in natural light, which highlights the comfortable seating and separate sitting area in front of the fireplace. The spacious kitchen has a large island with built-in appliances and beautiful wood floors. A serving window opens to the living room, making chatting with friends and family while preparing meals easy. The adjacent dining area offers plenty of seating, with a wood table and comfortable chairs for 10. Take advantage of the outdoor patio year-round with its gorgeous firepit area and private infinity hot tub—it's the perfect way to take in magnificent mountain views while enjoying some rest and relaxation.

There are 2 bedrooms on this floor—1 guest bedroom with a queen bed and 1 bunk room with 3 sets of full-over-full beds. Upstairs on the top floor, guests can retire to the 4 remaining bedrooms—1 primary and 1 guest bedroom with king beds, 1 guest bedroom with 2 twin beds, and 1 other with a queen bed.
