Host friends and family in the great room with ample space between the full-length sofa, plush armchairs and four-seat card table -- set for friendly games between siblings. On cozy winter nights, light a fire in the gas fireplace and turn the game on the large-screen TV. The kids can enjoy their own movie in the stadium-seat theater room, where comfy recliners and oversized bean bag chairs make everyone feel like they’ve got the best seat in the house.

A separate parlor on the main floor adds even more entertaining space with a sitting area with fireplace and large-screen TV, foosball table, 4-seat card table, and bar with five high-top chairs.

On blue-bird days, fire up the BBQ grill to enjoy meals al fresco -- you’ll be ideally situated for year-round adventures to work up an appetite. In the winter, take advantage of a ski prep room and direct access to the private, groomed trails of the gated Deer Crest community, giving you access to world-class skiing at Deer Valley Resort. You’ll also be within minutes of Nordic skiing, snowmobiling, dog sledding and more.

In the summer, explore hundreds of miles of hiking and biking trails, see award-winning artists at Deer Valley Resort’s open-air concerts, or test your balance with stand-up paddleboarding on Lake Jordanelle. With a two-car garage, you’ll have the freedom to easily explore the surrounding area. Please note that since this home is not on the shuttle route, we do recommend a car.
