This ocean-view villa features 5,700 square feet of interior living space split between two spacious floors. A flowing open floor plan with 21 ft wide bi-folding glass doors combine the great room and spacious pool deck, ideal for entertaining family and friends. 14 ft high recessed ceilings showcase high-end finishes and colorful art and custom furnishings.

Up to 12 guests can escape to this palatial Hawaiian vacation retreat. Modern Beachfront Villa features six bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and one half bathroom. An interior clad with leathered quartzite marble countertops, tumbled Belgian limestone tile, custom scraped French oak wood floors and solid white oak cabinets are just a few of the top of the line materials used in this gated estate.

During your stay, you will want to spend plenty of time in the villa’s stunning outdoor living space. Modern Beachfront Villa has manicured lawns, a private courtyard, and a large, private pool area. Take a dip in the heated saltwater pool, or soak in the attached hot tub. When you are not swimming, you can recline on one of the poolside chaise lounges or one of the hanging chairs. Simply soak up the sun, or enjoy food fresh from the outdoor barbecue grill.

Wide pocket doors make it easy to move between the pool area and the indoor living room. The open concept living room has multiple seating areas perfect for enjoying ocean breezes that waft in from the open pocket doors. The living room also has a high ceilings and a large flat screen TV.

The wide open space of the main floor also encompasses the gourmet kitchen and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove and a double oven. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee at the kitchen’s bar seating, or grab a bottle of white or red from the wine cooler to go with the sunset view. The indoor dining table features seats for 10 guests.

One of the villa’s bedrooms is located on the main level. This room has a king-size bed and access to an adjacent bathroom with a bathtub. The upper level of the villa has four bedrooms. The largest bedroom features a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, additional seating, and a washer and dryer. Guests of this room will also enjoy direct access to the upper level terrace and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub.

The sixth bedroom is located in a detached cabana. This room has a king-size bed, ceiling fan, and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The separate bedroom is perfect for couples who want a little extra privacy.

Modern Beachfront Villa comes with all of the modern amenities you could hope for in a luxury villa. Smart Home capabilities such as Lutron electronic black out shades, custom adjusted lighting, Heos Home Audio System, and video surveillance all controlled by personal device.
