Stretching across four levels this family friendly home is a relaxing retreat from the fast-paced lifestyle of inner city living, open plan kitchen spilling out onto your own alfresco dining, pool area and lawn.

The third level of this home is where the kitchen, living and outdoor areas all overlap one another to create one large entertaining space. With a stylish kitchen that features a large island bench which doubles as a breakfast bar, this area is transformed into the social hub of the home. Moving through the living room a large open veranda flows out onto the heated swimming pool and grassy lawn, this outdoor area also features an authentic wood fire oven, gas BBQ and kitchen facilities. With an abundance of all weather furniture you can spend hours or even days relaxing outdoors. At the opposite end of this level is a formal sitting room, which leads out onto the open air deck that looks out over the harbour.

Upstairs the master bedroom takes advantage of the expansive harbour views with one of the walls featuring windows and a connected balcony that create a greater feeling of space and light within the room. Within the suite is a walk in robe, en-suite bathroom and private balcony. Beside the master are four more bedrooms, with two of the bedrooms comfortably furnished with single beds and positioned opposite a full-sized bathroom. The fourth bedroom was designed as a mini master suite with its own walk-in robe and en-suite, offering guests further privacy. The fifth bedroom contains two single beds which face the balcony overlooking the backyard. Beneath the entry level is a self-contained nanny’s quarters with bathroom and an adjoined children’s play area equipped with the latest gaming system and plush furniture, keeping the kids entertained for hours.

The bottom level is the entrance from the road and contains a massive 5 car garage. From this floor you can access any level of the home via the lift, ideal for transporting shopping and luggage without having to worry about taking the stairs.
