They really relish the outdoors whether paddle boarding, walking to nearby Camp Cove, dining out locally or having fish and chips at the park. They are also providing paddle boards, bicycles, golf clubs and small children’s canoes to ensure you really get a taste of the lifestyle!

Modern furnishings in warm tones, sumptuous wide spotted gum floors, and glass stacking doors that open to bring the outdoors in, all combine to create a stylish, carefree and casual coastal feel. The kitchen is contemporary and understated, with a sleek, central stone-topped island, and all the latest appliances. Artworks, impressive sandstone features and a magnificent sandstone fireplace all add to the beauty of this space. A separate entertaining area with comfortable outdoor lounge and seating is the perfect place for taking it all in.

The over-generous master bedroom on the top level is modern and tranquil with warm grey and yellow Scandinavian influences. Offering full sea views, sliding doors to the balcony, wooden floors and coastal ship lap joinery – this bedroom will be hard to leave behind!
