A stunning 3 bedroom eco designed south facing villa set on a hill side overlooking the Indian Ocean.

The front door is on the upper level with steps leading down and passing the bedrooms you enter the open plan and open sided sitting and dining area. Off this area is an air conditioned TV / office room.

The rectangular pool stretches the width of the house.

Walatta House is located in the South coast of Sri Lanka, in TanTangalla, located on the hillside and facing the Indian Ocean. It enjoys direct access to the beach for fun filled beach days. It is also committed to community sustainability and adopts eco-friendly practices in its management.

There are 3 bedrooms in Walatta House. Each bedroom has air con and overhead fan, as well as its own en-suite indoors and outdoors bathroom. The master bedroom has a King sized bed, whilst the second room has a Queen sized bed, and the last bedroom has twin beds. The master bedroom also boasts full length French windows, and a small terrace that overlooks the pool.

The living and dining room are designed in an open plan concept, and enjoy views of the pool and garden. The TV and study room are located to the side of the living and dining spaces.
