Outside is really where the magic happens as you walk out into the gardens and the beautiful pool, the lovely waterfront home can be paired with a boat for convenience. The house features amazing seating nooks and loungers, tables outside and indoors, as well as space for those nights where you just want to lay outside and stair at the stars. This space is where people love to watch the yachts float by, enjoy the night air and take in time together. Paired with a chef this can also be where you have all of your planned meals and really experience the luxury of Florida and it's authentic cuisine.

The house really does lend to a great floor plan for entertaining with open layout so you can seamlessly see from one end of the house to the other. The kitchen is pure luxury with it's incredible design, large island which invites you to sit and speak to the chef and high end appliances. Featuring a built in oven, beautiful and seamless countertop range, as well as a hidden refrigerator, wine chiller, and so much more. This kitchen is a designers dream and from the moment you see it, truly you will fall in love. The movement of the backsplash granite in barracuda blue mixed with the white quartz countertops and mix of contemporary light woods and finishes, this is a masterpiece. You also have a very rustic yet modern dining table which is perfect for 8-10 guests with more room to eat at the bar.

Inside you'll also find six beautiful suites all located on one floor, to make it easy for those who don't like using the stairs and have small children. You can also find a huge tub in the Master Suite, perfect for unwinding after a long day or just enjoying a moment with a great book. You will not be disappointed at the level of detail in every room. There are 6 bedrooms of pure joy in this villa and you'll love each and every one.

We have a laundry room with full washer and dryer, this is great for times you really want to wash everything prior to departing, which makes it very convenient. Or you can hire a maid daily which can do all of the "hotel-style" cleaning while you are in-house. This home can be turned into your home away from home and by adding special amenities such as a chef and daily maid, you bring the home to the next level.
