Ocean Breeze is new to the Collection, a DER Exclusive in every way. The 4 bedroom retro styled home has been completely renovated to capture the more discerning travelers. The house is an open concept with a gentle flow from room to room. Parents will be delighted that there is a large dining room with pottery barn decor and beautiful lighting, no expense spared to make your eye wander. The galley style kitchen has beautiful quartz counters, stainless appliances and state of the art cooking. It's a wonderful treat for those who want to enjoy the home and not worry about whether they have to eat out every night. And don't worry, none of the mismatched and old found in this house. When you arrive you simply put your bag down and escape. The pots and pans, the dishes, the cups, you will absolutely feel the difference that a DER Exclusive makes. The Master Bedroom Features a beautiful King Sized bed and en-suite bathroom, throughout the house you will find a wonderful nautical theme, which many of our clients delight in. The Second Guest has a wonderful Queen Sized Bed en-suite, the 3rd Bedroom in the main house has 4 Bunk Beds which we are sure parents will appreciate. Completely setup for children this bunkroom is the "kids or young adults" escape. They can play video games or watch movies or simply hang out and enjoy their space. The bonus here is the wonderful Guest house, which makes for a perfect trip if you have in-laws or a single couple who want to enjoy their own space. It's really a step away but they get their own King Bedroom, Kitchenette and can just enjoy the quiet and peace while being part of the group.

Outside you will find a beautiful heated pool, with lots of water toys and loungers to enjoy. There is a beautiful dining table, grill, and seating for the entire family. We comfortably sleep 10 guests, so that you can spread out and feel confident traveling with a larger group. We also believe in family travel. We know that your family is devised of many ages and requirements, so we make sure you have what you need for kids and adults alike. Right across the street you'll find Fort Lauderdale Beach, one of the most stunning beaches and during parts of the year you and your kids can watch for the Turtle Nesting. It's incredible to wake up early and see the hatch-lings escape into the ocean. This really is paradise, a true family vacation.

Most families will enjoy the fact that our DER homes have televisions in most rooms, as is the case at Ocean Breeze. There are televisions in every bedroom and the living area as well as the guest cottage and the "Game Room." Our game room features pool table and lounging area for family members. We know you will enjoy every minute of it. Find Wifi and Cable to be a standard, as well as Fresh Sheets and a Change found within every closet. Beach towels and lots of great goodies will be found for your stay, so enjoy finding unique amenities at our residences.
